Call for Expression of Interest: Join the African Child Rights Marshal – West Africa

Across West Africa, children and young people continue to face challenges that require committed leadership, community action, and stronger child-protection systems. Building safer communities begins with people who are willing to stand up, speak out, and serve.

The African Child Rights Marshal (ACRM) – West African Regional Command is inviting credible, committed individuals of proven integrity to express their interest in contributing to the establishment and development of the West African Regional Command.

The initiative provides opportunities for individuals who are passionate about child rights, human rights, youth empowerment, community protection, and social justice at regional, national, sub-national, and community levels.

We are particularly interested in people with experience or professional backgrounds in:

9. Media and Communications
10. Civil Society
11. Leadership and Governance

The call is not only about professional qualifications. It is also about character, commitment, integrity, leadership, and a genuine willingness to serve communities and protect the rights and dignity of children.

Those selected will have the opportunity to contribute their expertise, experience, leadership, and community networks towards advancing child protection and promoting the well-being of children across West Africa.
