PROTECT HER AT ALL COST

SAFE GIRLS, STRONG WOMEN is a Movement whose sole purpose is to protect girls and women, raise awareness on abuse and teach self defense, creativity + logic so no woman walks in fear.

I, the founder of this movement i am personally tired and aching seeing my gender being abused, being taken advantage of, and from where am from it's always one story after another. Domestic violence, rape and later most girls and women get raped and then murdered. It's sickening. It's time to take action, time for all girls and women to heal and fight back!

FOUR PILLARS OF SAFE GIRLS, STRONG WOMEN

1. AWARENESS : We are going to share real life stories, educate one another on "red flags" and having consent talks in schools, churches and the community.
2. SELF DEFENSE : Here they are two types of defense, the first one is Verbal defense. We are going teach young girls and women how to say NO, and mean it. Their NO is a whole sentence, they don't owe no one an explaination for it. They are going to learn hoe to walk away. The second one is Physical defense. Here every young lady, every woman has to at least learn how to defend themselves physically, a good example we are going to have Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes. Both the verbal and physical defense are essential for setting boundaries. "Your body, your rules." Girl power all the way!
3. HEALING + LOGIC : Here is where we have Trauma support, creativity as part of therapy. Here is a safe space for all my girlies, creating a safe space for them emotionally , mentally and spiritually too.
4. FINANCIAL LITERACY : I want all women to have the financial independence. A lot of women are staying in unhealthy relationships/marriages just because they scared of financial survival. They are trapped. So, no more! Safe Girls, Strong Women, is going to bring about a change, bringing financial freedom!
