What matters

The relationship that matter is the one you have with your inner self and with your outerself. This is a relationship that is not sought for. A relationship you seek and try to keep is costly and toxic, that is why we will continue hearing these words..." I healed and I moved on" really? Does this come from your innerself when your outerself speaks differently or potrays a different person completely?

As an individual learn to call yourself into a full boardroom meeting with heavy agenda of what you want for your life first. If you are toxic to yourself, you will vent toxicity. If you are Graceful to yourself you will be Graceful even to the next person and to your world.

Have you ever asked yourself what is the meaning of too much talking? My perspective psychologically is this; Too much talking often reveals

■Underlying anxiety

■A need for validation

■Difficulty with impulse control rather than just a bubbly personality.

Too much talking stems from inside and is always seeking for something;

■Insecurity and Need for Validation. A person who is constantly talking can be a way to demand attention so that he or she feels noticed and valued.

■A person who talks too much feels good when an opportunity presents itself to help in belittling others. Such kind of characters do so even to their Siblings, Parents, Children etc

■ Seeking to mask the society, what if the truth unfolds and the society knows that, I did this and this...What if my image is tainted out there? In their hearts they mask by stepping out first. They could honestly be the ones wronged but too much talking reveals what the Bible says

Proverbs 10:19

Sin is not ended by multiplying words, but the prudent hold their tongues.

Learn to hold your tongue, lest you keep multiplying sins instead of ending it.

If you must vent, get a safe space otherwise some spaces like social media carry reminders known as internet never forget.
