This Is Our Collective Impact

Change on World Pulse often begins when one woman discovers that her voice truly matters. In our 2025 Annual Impact Survey, 75 percent of members said their confidence increased.

That voice grows stronger through connection, as shown by the 86 percent of members who reported feeling encouraged by others. Members also found sisters and collaborators across countries who helped move their ideas forward together.

Those relationships create pathways to knowledge, skills, opportunities, and funding. 58 percent said they benefited from an opportunity or resource, whether that was a certificate, a small grant, or training their community had long been going without.

Then possibility becomes action.

Three out of four members surveyed said they took action as a result of their involvement with World Pulse. Across the platform, there are over 3,000 Initiatives addressing societal challenges in education, health, economic opportunity, gender-based violence, the environment, and more.

Behind every number is a woman finding courage, receiving support, sharing what she knows, or taking one more step toward the change she wants to see.
